- Dark chocolate cut in rough chunk 10 oz
- Milk 1 cup

- In a food processor grind chocolate until it is fine and start releasing oil and clumping together
- Dry the chocolate in room temperature. Keep it for several hours. Then again grind for sometime. Store them in a tight jar.
